1 General Terms

Ppn8 is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of games including slots, sports, bingo, live dealer, and table games to eligible members. The platform is operated in accordance with the rules and conditions set out in this document.

By accessing and using the ppn8 platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are a legally competent individual authorised to enter into binding agreements;
• The use of online entertainment platforms is legal in your country or region of residence;
• All information you provide during registration and use of the platform is accurate and truthful;
• You are playing on your own behalf and are not acting as a representative of any third party.

Ppn8 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close the account of any individual without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.

2 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) ppn8 account. Owning more than one account is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Details

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per your identification card or passport;
• A valid date of birth;
• An active, reachable email address;
• A valid mobile phone number;
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Ppn8 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its security and anti-money laundering compliance procedures. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed or when requested by the ppn8 team. Accepted documents include a national identity card, passport, or other official documents issued by Malaysian authorities.

Refusing to complete the KYC process may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is finalised.

3 Deposits & Payments

Ppn8 accepts deposits via a range of secure and verified payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and several other e-wallet options.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction;
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name;
• Ppn8 does not accept deposits from third parties, including family members or friends;
• Ppn8 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit deemed suspicious;
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes, depending on the payment method used.

Currency

All transactions on the ppn8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). If you use a payment method in a foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider.

4 Cash Withdrawal

Ppn8 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name;
• Members who have not completed the KYC process may experience delays in withdrawal processing;
• Ppn8 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require additional processing time for security review.

Bonus Withdrawal

Bonus funds received from any ppn8 promotion or offer are subject to the specified rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement for each bonus will be stated in the respective promotion's terms. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before the rollover conditions are met will result in the cancellation of that bonus.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ppn8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated;
• Ppn8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is strictly prohibited;
• Ppn8 reserves the right to void bonuses and bonus-derived wins if fraud is detected;
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified timeframe, or the bonus will expire automatically.

Welcome Bonus

The ppn8 welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to the rollover requirements stated on the promotions page. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the ppn8 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent certification body to ensure that game outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ppn8 itself.

Game Results

The results of all games on ppn8 are final. ppn8 is not responsible for any game outcomes that a member finds unsatisfactory. Should a technical issue occur during a game session, ppn8 will investigate and resolve the situation based on valid system records.

Technical Issues

In the event of an internet connection disruption, device issue, or other technical failure during an active gaming session, ppn8 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result. However, ppn8 will use system records to resolve any disputes in a fair manner.

• Betting during an unstable connection is at the member's own risk;
• Ppn8 maintains complete records of all gaming transactions, which may be referenced for dispute resolution purposes;
• Any outcome confirmed by the system is final and may not be disputed after 72 hours.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppn8 account login credentials, including your username and password. ppn8 recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login details with anyone.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security;
• Do not log in to your ppn8 account on public devices or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks;
• Change your password regularly, at least once every three months;
• Report immediately to the ppn8 support team if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party;
• Ppn8 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

Ppn8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The ppn8 platform is intended solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of others;
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform;
• Committing payment fraud, including the use of stolen credit card or bank account information;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in an unauthorised manner, including the use of multiple accounts;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities in ppn8;
• Disrupting or obstructing other members' use of the platform;
• Transferring balances between different member accounts without ppn8's authorisation;
• Any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

9 Account Closure

A ppn8 account can be closed in two ways – at the member's own request or by action taken by ppn8.

Closure by Member

You may request to close your ppn8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining cash balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal terms.

Closure by ppn8

Ppn8 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate;
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activities or money laundering;
• Requests from legal authorities;
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Self-Exclusion

10 Liability Limits

Ppn8 provides its platform services "as is" without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ppn8 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, including losses from gaming activities;
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or events beyond ppn8's control;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers integrated with the ppn8 platform.

In all cases, ppn8's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
